2. Lifting table
This solid construction is based on steel profiles and pneumatic cylinder.
The pneumatic cylinder is foot-controlled.
The table has a connection slot for pneumatic tools.

The table can be equipped with a drawer for upholstery tools.
It has been proven that using our lifting tables decrease the use of energy by 15% in comparison to upholstery trestles.

5.Unloading machine

unloading machine taking the finished product out of the press,unloading with vacuum cups. The vacuum cups enter press when the press opening. Then they go down and suck up the boards and puts the finished board on the unloading conveyor.


6.Hot press machine
The frame of press is manufactured from high quality plain steel plate and stress analysis and computation in detail to ensure the enough stiffness and safety factor. The whole working surface of the frame is processed by machine tool; the frame has high accuracy, which ensures the quality of the finished board.Use CNC processing,plainness error≤0.10mm,wholly welded,reinforce use a full extra steel,heightening and strengthening type

 
7.Trimming machine

8.Cooling line

The finished plates are processed by a hot press on the substrate and wear-resistant paper at high temperature and high pressure. In the past, after the plates were formed, they were directly sent to the stacking table manually from the hot press, so that the plates were not sufficiently cooled, resulting in the plates Bending, wear-resistant paper breakage, causing a series of quality problems. The use of the fully automatic cold plate line solves the problem caused by the direct delivery of the hot press to the stack, and the out of the plate has sufficient cooling time, which greatly improves the quality problem.

The stability and speed of the melamine lamination hot press directly determine the production efficiency of the production line. In order to make the hot press run quickly and stably, a high-level oil tank is often designed above the hot press, and the filling valve is used to quickly charge and discharge oil when the compressor cylinder is moving, so as to reduce the oil pump displacement while stabilizing the flow rate. To achieve the purpose of energy-saving and consumption reduction.
The high-level oil tank of the traditional heat press is often designed in a rectangular shape and is connected to each charging valve and cylinder through an oil-filled branch pipe under the cuboid, that is, a connection method of one fuel tank to multiple cylinders, so as to meet the functional requirements of rapid fuel filling of the cylinder.

Model A consists of 3 parts :Feeding machine , Press machine , Trimming machine. Type A is relatively low entry-level. Need to go to and from work manually, which leads to a long time period for get off work, and 4 workers are required to complete the entire process,Compared with Model B and Model A, it saves manpower, time and work cycle. With the publication trolley, it prevents manual hand injury when holding the finished board. Model C is compared with the previous types. Automatic line, save manpower, only need 1-2 people to operate.Model D can be more suitable for large boards, full automatic trimmer for trimming edges of laminates saves manpower, better positioning finished boards for easy packing.  Model E  has Coolingline than Model D. If the Cooling line is not included, it will take 2-3 days for the flat plate to be shipped. However, with the Cooling  line, it can be more conducive to the shipment of flat plates, and achieve fast Effective and convenient.
