A stunning debut! Robots deliver plates with "zero contact," and customers test the S-E Short Cycle Hot Press Line on-site, marking the birth of a new game-changer in veneer bonding!

Short cycle hot press machine with "zero-contact" plate output + shortened lamination cycle; S-E line customer on-site trial run ignites the entire venue.

October 30, 2025 – Today, our S-E type short-cycle hot press production line successfully completed trial operation and verification at the customer's site, marking the official commencement of high-efficiency operation of the equipment. This production line features a unique robotic unloading system, achieving fully automated, unmanned material handling, significantly improving production safety and rhythm stability, becoming the core highlight of this line.

Powered by top-tier Siemens and ABB servo systems, energy efficiency, low noise, and visual human-machine interaction set a new industry benchmark.

The S-E type line utilizes servo systems from leading international brands such as Siemens and ABB, combining energy efficiency and low noise. It perfectly integrates fully automated processes with visualized intelligent manual intervention, flexibly adapting to various process requirements such as hot pressing, cold pressing, and lamination, ensuring both production versatility and stability online.

The Frame ensures ultimate stability: robotic welding + five-axis precision Machine

The short cycle hot press machine frame features a thickened design, formed in one piece through CNC hollowing, and then automatically welded and precision-machined. Each process is meticulously crafted, achieving industry-leading structural strength and precision. The hydraulic system utilizes core components from the German brand Rexroth, ensuring stable and smooth operation. Innovative integration of hydraulic balancing, connecting rod balancing, and guide column balancing mechanisms results in smoother pressing, smaller tolerances in the pressed products, and a significantly improved yield.

The press plate is specially thickened and equipped with multiple inlet and outlet oil ports and a double-layer rapid internal circulation design. This ensures rapid heating, uniform board surface temperature, and rapid compensation, ultimately achieving shorter production cycles and helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency.

At the trial run, the S-E line, with its precise robotic board output and fully visualized control, completed surface lamination tests on multiple specifications of boards, reducing the cycle time by more than 20% and maintaining industry-low noise levels, earning high praise from customers. This equipment is ready for mass delivery. Industry partners are welcome to visit the site and jointly promote the upgrade of intelligent manufacturing!
